• to enable you to submit your CV in application for specific jobs;
• to match your details against job vacancies which Kaydan Consulting feels may be appropriate for you in order to assess your suitability for them;
• to apply for jobs on your behalf by sending data to clients, where you have provided prior consent as a candidate,
• to answer your inquiries;
• we may also release personal data to regulatory or law enforcement authorities if they require us to do so
Your application will constitute your express consent to our use of this information to access your application and to allow us to carry out any reference checking and other related activities as may be required of us under applicable law as an employer.


Access to Personal Information
You may request access to your personal data held at Kaydan Consulting by contacting our Privacy Officer as set out below. We may ask to verify your identity and for more information about your request.
You may also request that Kaydan Consulting stop using your information and contacting you, and we will comply with your request. However, if this involves a request for deletion of your file, please be aware that we may not be required or able to do so, particularly where your file also holds information about our clients.


Security
The personal information we collect is held in electronic and hard copy format. We take steps to protect the personal information we hold against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure and other misuse. When the personal information that we collect is no longer required, we destroy or delete it in a secure manner.

Kaydan Consulting takes reasonable steps to keep personal information secure, accurate and up to date.
